Nutrisco strengthens international connections and identifies new trends at Polaris business round

Nutrisco’s participation allowed the company to expand conversations with strategic players in the frozen fruit industry and identify new development opportunities in global markets.

Nutrisco took part in Polaris, an international business round designed to connect companies and key players from the frozen fruit sector. Over two days, the company held one-on-one meetings with importers, distributors, food manufacturers, traders, and companies linked to ingredients and finished products, in a format focused on generating high-value commercial conversations.

During the meetings, Nutrisco presented its IQF frozen fruit portfolio and solutions for both the industrial and retail channels, with a focus on innovation, nutrition, and the development of more differentiated products. The conversations also addressed supply alternatives, raw material sourcing, and joint development opportunities with current and potential partners, as well as LiveMore, the company’s brand focused on smoothies and covered fruit.

Trends and opportunities for international growth

“We saw growing interest in natural products, traceable ingredients, and frozen fruit solutions for categories such as snacks, chocolates, and functional foods. We also observed strong demand, particularly from European and Asian markets, for suppliers capable of ensuring supply continuity and high quality standards. In addition, the participation of companies from India stood out, reflecting the growth and increasing relevance of that market in the global food industry,”

said Enzo Ragazzone, Agrifoods Export Deputy Manager at Nutrisco.

From the company’s perspective, the overall assessment was positive, both due to the quality of the meetings held and the opportunity to strengthen commercial relationships, open new dialogues, and gather relevant information on the current needs of the global food industry.

In this context, Nutrisco’s participation in Polaris reinforces its presence among international clients and partners, highlighting its production capabilities, quality standards, and export experience.
